We are an association of like-minded hackers and engineers interested in free and open EDA tools. We hold monthly gatherings near (and sometimes at) MIT (Cambridge, MA, USA) featuring informal networking, exchange of ideas, project show-and-tell, hacking sessions, and camaradie. Our goals are to learn more about EDA software, share ideas about our current projects, and -- most importantly -- have fun with like-minded people.
We welcome new members and participants. We usually meet at the Kendall Square Starbucks (6 Kendall Square) which is across the street from Quantum Books. Meetings are held on the first Thursday of every alternating month. We alternate meetings with the gEDA code sprint, which takes place on alternate months. All meetings are announced on the geda-user mailing list.
If you are interested in joining us, want to come to a meeting, or simply want more information, please contact our webmaster Stuart Brorson.
